mailagent is used only by its owner, for the owner's own Gmail account.
It reads message data from that account through the Gmail API and stores it on hardware the owner controls, to search, label and organize the owner's mail. The data is not sold, shared with third parties, or sent to any hosted AI service.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
